Altamira Real Estate is back with a bang after the summer holidays with 70 exciting new properties in all provinces of Cyprus at particularly attractive prices.

Highlighting this week’s new posts is a wide selection of ready to rent apartments which, thanks to the high yields and high construction costs seen in recent times, are the most popular choice in the Cypriot property market. Also important is the fact that most of the apartments owned by Altamira Real Estate are not subject to VAT.

The opportunities we have identified on the company’s website are located in very popular areas of the island such as Aglancia, Engomi, Strovolos, Larnaca Center and Mazotos.
