One and two bedroom apartments for as little as 70,000 euros can be found in popular areas with buyers such as Latsia, Strovolos, Protaras, Paphos city center, Peyia and Pervolia. Large three bedroom apartments stand out in Engomi and Aglantzia, while holiday homes and maisonettes are available in the coastal provinces of Paphos and Famagusta. In addition, in areas such as Strovolos, Archangelos, Kato Polemidia and the area of the Technical School of Paphos, plots ideal for the construction of a residential building and / or apartment building are for sale, while commercial properties, offices and shops are available in the central parts of the cities.
