Cybarco’s new residential complex “Aktea Residences 3” in Limassol is taking shape. This is a luxury real estate complex, which is a continuation of a series of luxury apartment buildings being built in the central part of Limassol. In particular, Aktea Residences 3 is located a stone’s throw from the coast of Limassol and the Oval.
According to a social media post by Cybarco Development Ltd, the project is well on its way to completion, with most of the apartments already sold and only eight remaining vacant. Recall that Aktea Residences 3 consists of two buildings with 29 apartments with one, two, three bedrooms and a penthouse, where their cost starts from €320,000.
In addition, the complex will have a large communal swimming pool for the owners.
In his previous statements regarding Aktea Residences 3, Cybarco CEO Michalis Hatzipanagiotu indicated that the project is for both Cypriots and foreign permanent residents seeking a luxury residence experience by the sea.
“Aktea Residences 3 faithfully follows the high criteria we have set for all of our projects. The central concept of the architectural solution is clear lines and common areas with a private pool.
