AKASA: A special project in Limassol by Armeftis Partners

05.04.2023

The design of another unique residential project was carried out by the architectural company Armeftis Partners . Located in the unique Panthea area of Limassol , AKASA is a testament to the brand’s commitment to innovative design, sustainability and a high quality of life for its users.

The AKASA project stands out for its privileged location north of the city of Limassol , giving it an unobstructed view of the city and the sea. The architectural design capitalizes on this feature, including large openings that connect the building’s users to the outside. This residential project will include modern 2 and 3 bedroom apartments designed with large semi-open spaces that function organically as an extension of the interior space, allowing for continuous use, winter or summer, day or night. The movable panels act as filters for both sun protection and more privacy.

One of the features of the project is the integration of green elements, providing users with an environmentally friendly living space that meets the highest standards of sustainability. The building’s energy-efficient design simultaneously reduces energy consumption, while the integration of a fluid element into its perimeter gives a direct link to Limassol’s character as a coastal city.

In his statement about the project, the founder of the firm, Mr. Giannis Armeftis said: “In Armeftis Partners we are committed to architecture that enhances the quality of life. AKASA embodies many elements of our philosophy, providing users with a unique residential offer characterized by a connection with the environment. User contact with the city and coastline of Limassol was at the heart of our design.” AKASA completes series of projects by architectural firm Armeftis Partners , distinguished by their “green” character. On this occasion, Mr. Armeutis added: “The design of buildings, their orientation, the use of shading systems, landscaping are tools in the hands of professionals who put sustainability and reducing energy consumption at the forefront.
