With the new office building , Larnaca and in particular the parish of Chrysopolitissa are getting richer. In particular, CCSRE has submitted an Environmental Impact Study to the Environmental Protection Agency and the project is in the public discussion stage.
The proposed development involves the construction of a six-story high-rise office building with two basement floors. Investigated area of 347 sq.m. and is located on Archbishop Makariou III Avenue, between Salaminos and Marathon streets, about 500 meters east of Chrysopolitissa parish center and 30 meters west of the coastline. To the northeast and at a distance of 500 meters is the entrance to the port of Larnaca .
It is noted that before the construction of office development, the existing building will be demolished, as there is an old house on the site.
It is expected that the building under construction will be able to accommodate an average of 80 people, and its operation will create about 30 new jobs.
According to the schedule, it is assumed that the proposed development will be implemented 18 months after the commencement of construction work.
