A new office complex called ” APPLE” is planned for construction in Nicosia TREE & PEAR OFFICE “, the estimated cost of which is 20 million euros.
The development will consist of two independent buildings, one building will be 42.3 meters high and the other 19.5 meters high. Construction work will begin once all necessary permits have been obtained and are expected to take approximately 28 months.
The office complex is located in the municipality of Strovolos, in the block on Marathasas street. The site is located at the junction of 2 important avenues of the city (Strovolos and Spyros Kyprianou).
One section will consist of 11 above-ground floors (Tower A), and the second section will consist of five above-ground floors (Tower B). These two sections share two underground levels, just like the first two above-ground levels. However, these are two independently functioning buildings.
There is a building on the site with two levels above ground, which will be demolished before the proposed project is completed.
Tower A (11 floors) will consist of the ground floor, first level (1) with large meeting rooms and a common cafeteria. The remaining eight floors will be used for offices, while the top floor will house a large conference room.
Tower B (5 floors) will consist of a ground floor and four (4) floors dedicated to office use.
