On August 5th, 2024, a new high-rise residential building named “Best Western Zenon” is set to be constructed in the heart of Larnaca. The project is being developed by Legfar Investments Limited and will be located in the Skala area of Larnaca Municipality, on Dimosthenos Street, just 150 meters from Finikoudes Beach and approximately one kilometer from the Natura 2000 protected area “Larnaca Salt Lakes.”
The building will be situated in a densely built-up area near the historic center of Larnaca, an area known for its vibrant commercial activity, including shops, hotels, and entertainment venues.
The building will rise to a height of 42.4 meters and consist of 11 floors. According to the Environmental Department’s report, the building will include six floors of residential apartments, one mechanical floor, a wellness services floor, three parking levels, and a rooftop garden. In total, the building will house 24 apartments and commercial spaces.
Additionally, the project includes a 156-square-meter underground space approximately six meters deep, intended for firefighting purposes.
The total area of the plot on which the building will be constructed is 1,014 square meters, with the building’s footprint covering about 996 square meters. The building will occupy 787 square meters (approximately 78% of the plot) and have a total construction area of around 1,818 square meters. Currently, the plot is being used as a parking lot.
