In 2021, new foundations were laid for the D. Zavos Group. The completion of important projects and the reaction in the investment market have become decisive indicators for the development strategy of the D. Zavos Group. The grandiose Limassol Del Mar project has been completed, having already received numerous international awards and honors and creating a strong investment momentum in Limassol with over 90% of the total 200 apartments sold so far. The residential and commercial project, implemented within the framework of the consortium D. Zavos and Leptos Groups, provided jobs for about seven thousand people during the design and construction. Residents have begun to receive their apartments, and entrepreneurs who have booked their brands at Le Plaza Del Mar have already begun to operate them.
At the same time, a highly aesthetic seaside project was completed, on which 40 leading brand companies collaborated and more than two thousand people worked. In a very critical environment due to the impact of the pandemic, both on people’s health and on the economy, as well as on the psychology of the workforce and potential buyers, D. Zavos Group was there, supporting every direction and encouraging development.
Therefore, the flexible home purchase plans for “Zita Katikia” or for investment “Zita Investment”, presented in 2020 and implemented in 2021, received a great response. All apartments in the Majestic Court project in Mesa Githonia have already been sold, and 50% of the apartments in the newly launched Sunset Court project in Agios Spyridonas have already been sold. In 2022, with over 42 years of real estate experience, D. Zavos Group is taking stock and recording the completion of over 145 major projects and the sale of over 9,500 individual properties, setting the bar high for the next decade. So this year the group has already started the last phase of the exotic project Zavos Aqua Park Resort in the tourist area of Germasogeia. At this stage, a complex of 61 apartments will be built with the prospect of a return on investment of 4% of rental income. For the investor-buyers of the project, D. Work on the second phase, Sun Valley Villas II, will also begin shortly, with independent contemporary housing in the booming Palodia area. In terms of commercial development projects, D. Zavos Group presents the Kriel Tower and Limas Tower on Kolonaki Avenue, which will be available for offices and designed to meet the requirements of postmodern corporate infrastructure.
Finally, plans D.Zavos Group continues with the same momentum, and already for the new project Arion Court, in the area of Petros and Pavlos, which will include modern two- and three-room apartments, discussions have begun with stakeholders.
