Altamira Real Estate has said goodbye to 2021 with over 160 exciting real estate investment proposals of all types. In December 2021, the company, through its website, offered many new properties in all provinces of Cyprus at very attractive prices.
In particular, 77 new opportunities were identified in the province of Nicosia, 17 in the province of Limassol, 33 in the province of Larnaca, 21 in the province of Paphos and 10 in the free province of Famagusta.
Among the new properties available for sale were attractive options for the purchase of residential plots, fields, houses, apartments and shops in popular areas of Cyprus. The property was offered both for own use and for investment by individuals and/or entrepreneurs engaged in land management.
Applicants could submit their applications for the property of their choice until Tuesday, January 4th.
In the province of Nicosia, a three-room apartment in the Acropolis area, close to the Makareio Hospital and the popular Ifigenia Avenue, has been allocated for sale at an estimated price of €140,000. The property is located in a location with high demand for the purchase of an apartment and has an independent title deed.
In the popular residential area “Eleonon” in the municipality of Strovolos, a large corner plot of 810 sqm was found at an estimated price of 470,000 euros.
