Ask Company Wire , which specialises in tracking property transactions and prices using technology, has released data on the ten most expensive property sales made in July 2024. The total value of these transactions was €27.2 million. The largest transaction was in the Peyia area of Paphos, where a house was sold for €5.35 million.
The greatest interest from buyers was focused on residential properties, which accounted for the bulk of the most expensive transactions. The top ten included transactions worth a total of €27.2 million. Limassol was the most active region with six large transactions worth €14.3 million. The Paphos area added three large transactions worth €11.5 million, and Nicosia completed the list with one transaction worth €1.4 million.
CEO of Ask Wire Pavlos Loizou commented that the real estate market saw a decrease in transaction volumes in July compared to June, due to a decline in activity in Nicosia and Larnaca . In June, these regions showed significant sales volumes, exceeding €20 million in each area, while in July this figure fell to €8 million.
