Limassol Greens
long awaited Limassol Greens , located in the western part of Limassol , is also under development.
This is the first multi-theme golf resort, unique in its kind. Limassol Greens is a 1.4 million square meter large-scale multi-disciplinary project that includes an 18-hole international standard golf course, a state-of-the-art clubhouse, 500 villas and 250 apartments, the development of which was developed and planned in different time phases.

Guru
Resort Guru mountain The Resort is being developed in Platres by DTA Group and is expected to be completed in late 2024.

Staston Project is a mixed-use project being developed by the Municipality of Larnaca . This is a residential and tourism project promoted by OMIKRO KTIMATIKI LTD. The project will consist of two residential towers ( Tower A & Tower B) and a hotel.
Building A has 19 floors and is 75.55 meters high, while Building B has 27 floors and is 103.65 meters high. The buildings are intended for mixed use as they include a total of 97 apartments as well as shops, cafes, restaurants, a gym and a spa .

The municipality of Peyi has been enriched with a new residential complex, which has already received the green light from the Department of the Environment. It’s about ” Nio Villas ”, which concerns the construction of six villas, each of which will include its own pool.
